How do I get a bulk quote?

What’s the minimum order quantity?

Can I request a sample?

Do I need an account to enquire?
No. You can send an enquiry directly from the website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Your options depend on the order stage and the agreed terms.
How can I track my order?
Send us your order reference on WhatsApp or by email. We’ll share the status and tracking details when available.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on stock, branding and delivery location. Share your deadline so we can confirm the timeline in your quote.
What if my delivery is damaged, incorrect or incomplete?
Contact us with your order reference and a brief description. Photos of the items or packaging can help us review the issue.
Branding & product selection
What branding methods do you offer?
Depending on the product, options include screen printing, UV, DTF, embroidery, laser engraving, sublimation and debossing.
Can I put my logo on any gift?
Many gifts can be branded. We’ll confirm the available logo placement and finish for your chosen item.
What logo file should I send?
CDR or vector PDF is preferred for production. You can send a JPG, PNG or PDF as a reference.
Can you source an item outside the catalogue?
Send us a reference photo or description. We’ll check availability or suggest a suitable option.
Can you suggest reusable gifts or paper packaging?
Yes. Tell us what material or packaging you need and we’ll share suitable options.
Will the branding match my logo colours exactly?
Colours can vary by material and printing method. If an exact match matters, ask about a sample before production.
Do larger orders qualify for better rates?
Share the quantities you’re considering and we’ll quote the applicable rates.

Can you help us choose gifts within a budget per person?
Yes. Share your budget per person, quantity and occasion, and we’ll shortlist suitable options.
Can I approve the logo placement before production?
Review the artwork proof for placement, size and spelling before approving branded production.
Can I choose packaging for my gift set?
Tell us what you’re putting in the set. We’ll confirm suitable packaging options and any extra charges in the quote.
What costs will my quotation include?
Your written quote sets out the products, branding, packing, delivery charges and applicable GST.
What should I send with a repeat order?
Share your previous quote or order reference, the new quantity and delivery date. We’ll reconfirm stock, artwork and lead time.
Privacy Notice
Information you share
When you request a quote, you may share your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, delivery location, budget, quantity and gifting requirements. You can also share artwork or a reference file.
How we use it
We use your details to respond, prepare quotations, discuss branding and coordinate confirmed orders and delivery.
WhatsApp, email and uploads
The product quote form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. The Contact form can also route enquiries by email when you provide an email address. Logo and reference uploads can be attached to the email route. For WhatsApp enquiries, you can share the file in WhatsApp.
Artwork and logos
Please share artwork you are authorised to use. We use it to assess branding, prepare proofs and fulfil your order. We will ask separately before using your logo or artwork in our public portfolio or marketing.
Product photos may show sample names and logos to illustrate branding placement and finish.
Website data and privacy requests
Hosting and website services may process IP addresses and server logs for operation and security. Features may use cookies or browser storage. We retain information as needed to handle enquiries, fulfil orders and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Terms & Conditions
Quotations and confirmation
Review your written quotation before payment. It should state the product codes, quantities, branding, applicable GST, packing, freight and total payable amount.
Payment and artwork approval
Standard terms are 50% advance and the balance on delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. Check spelling, colours, size and placement on the proof before production. Ask about a sample if matching a particular colour or finish matters.
Branding examples
Names and logos shown in product images are examples for visual reference. Your order will use the artwork and branding placement agreed with you.
Delivery
Share event deadlines and delivery requirements before confirming. Your quotation will state agreed delivery arrangements, expected dates and applicable freight.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Check the written quotation for cancellation and return arrangements, especially once sourcing or production has begun. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or different from the approved specification, contact us with the order reference. Applicable statutory rights remain available.
